Synopsis
Lara, a paramedic intern, helps bring a young man named Christian into the hospital after he was brutally beaten and live-streamed on Facebook. The video was watched by 20,000 people, none of whom called the police. Although Christian is in a coma, Lara starts to receive video clips from his Facebook profile, showing unidentified persons watching him get beaten. She reports this to the police, but the video clips turn into her worst nightmare.

Director
Janez Burger, director and screenwriter, graduated in Film and TV directing from FAMU (CZ). He founded his theatre group, Burgerteater, in 1997, producing theatre shows and over 100 theatre improvisations. In 1997, he directed his first feature film, IDLE RUNNING, which received 20 awards and was screened at more than 60 festivals. In 2003, he co-founded the production company STARAGARA with director Jan Cvitkovic, producing the award-winning film GRAVEHOPPING. Janez Burger’s previous films, CIRCUS FANTASTICUS and IVAN, were critically acclaimed and screened at international festivals. He lives and works in Ljubljana.
